Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the casual games developed and/or published by 株式会社花月社 ("the Company", "we", "us") — including but not limited to Snap Ropes: Dot Enclosure and Arrow Zap Pop: Chain Match, as well as any games we may release in the future (collectively, "the Games") — made available on third-party platforms. By playing the Games, you agree to these Terms.
1. License to Play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Games for your own entertainment purposes. The Games are provided free of charge and contain no in-game purchases.
2. Intellectual Property
All content in the Games — including graphics, design, gameplay, logos, and sound — is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Games without our prior written permission.
3. Acceptable Use
When using the Games, you agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Games;
- use cheats, automation tools, or any method to interfere with the normal operation of the Games;
- use the Games for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the rules of the platform on which they are provided.
4. Third-Party Platforms
The Games are distributed through third-party platforms. Your use of such platforms is additionally governed by the platform's own terms of service and policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any platform operator.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Game at any time without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Games.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Games after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

利用規約
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、株式会社花月社（以下「当社」）が開発・配信するカジュアルゲーム（Snap Ropes: Dot Enclosure、Arrow Zap Pop: Chain Match を含み、今後当社が配信するゲームも含みます。以下総称して「本ゲーム」）のご利用に適用されます。本ゲームは第三者プラットフォームを通じて提供されます。本ゲームをプレイすることにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. プレイライセンス
当社は、お客様ご自身の娯楽目的に限り、本ゲームにアクセスしプレイするための、個人的、非独占的、譲渡不能かつ取消可能なライセンスを付与します。本ゲームは無料で提供され、ゲーム内課金はありません。
2. 知的財産権
本ゲームに含まれるグラフィック、デザイン、ゲームプレイ、ロゴ、サウンドなどのすべてのコンテンツは、当社またはそのライセンサーに帰属し、適用される知的財産権法により保護されています。当社の事前の書面による許可なく、本ゲームのいかなる部分も複製、改変、頒布、販売、貸与することはできません。

4. 第三者プラットフォーム
本ゲームは第三者プラットフォームを通じて配信されます。プラットフォームのご利用には、当該プラットフォームの利用規約およびポリシーが追加で適用されます。当社は、プラットフォーム運営者の作為・不作為について責任を負いません。
5. 保証の否認
本ゲームは「現状有姿」および「提供可能な範囲」で提供され、特定目的への適合性や中断のない可用性を含め、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証もありません。当社は、予告なく本ゲームの変更・停止・提供終了を行うことがあります。
6. 責任の制限
適用法で認められる最大限の範囲において、当社は、本ゲームの利用または利用不能に起因または関連して生じる間接損害、付随的損害、結果的損害について責任を負いません。
7. 本規約の変更

8. 準拠法

1. 游玩许可
本公司授予您个人的、非排他的、不可转让且可撤销的许可，仅供您出于个人娱乐目的访问并游玩本游戏。本游戏免费提供，不含任何游戏内购买。
